I hate to keep harping on an old theme, but the equity put/call ratio has yet to confirm over bullishness. I am using QCharts, so I would like someone with another feed to verify my read. Looking at the 21-EMA (fairly common for equity p/c I am told), I see that since our extended period below .4 from Nov/99 to Apr/00 we have not returned to this area. This average has been declining since the May lows, but it is not overly bullish by any means.
