Tony, Kumar missed the boat completely on GTW on the low
side in Q4 '98 by an order of magnitude (maybe 30%). He then increased his estimates for Q1 '99 to a ridiculous number that even the Director of GTW IR had to laugh at. He missed the boat on the high side then. Maybe he was just on another planet?

As far as his call on INTC, I spoke to Intel IR today, they said they do not know where Aschmuck is coming from. He was higher than most analysts and now he is lower than most analysts. The important thing is that Intel is standing by their previous guidance (which is in the middle ot the consensus). Doesn't this story sound a lot like the one above on GTW. Is this his MO, to underestimate then underestimate to manipulate?

:o)
