Allen Wrench. Sometimes you're a lugnut. Had Bush apologized he probably wouldn't have lost another 100,000 votes to the "Gals for Al." Sheesh. This ain't a question of whether or not the reporter is/was a jerk, it's a question of common decency. Millions of moms all across the country are trying to tell their teen-age kids not to use foul language, and then GWB uses foul language and doesn't even apologize for it. So their kids are saying, "If GWB can get away with it, so can I!" You really think all of these "Gals for Al" vote on the "issues" as opposed to the personality? Get real. The No. 1 image they got of Gore is him planting a wet one on Tipper at the convention. The No. 1 image they got of Bush is him calling a reporter an asshole, and then not apologizing.
