Aus, I'm still in the process of buying SNDK, so maybe I get a break on the price tomorrow. I look forward to your review of any forthcoming company statements from both sides.

Happens all the time.

Filing papers means next to diddly; I file papers several times a week, and in my claims, I list all sorts of things. Material facts, of course. ;)

It would be quite surprising if there was any negative reaction to this filing tomorrow. In fact, the smart money might want to start making a bigger position, as it is obvious that this company is going to generate some serious cash.

Two questions:
1. How long do you think a case like this would take to try, if it makes it past the voir dire process? Appeals? I'd say several years!
2. What is motivating this Lexar to bring this action against SanDisk? (Sounds to me like they're playing defense, an old trick when someone sues you, sue them back!)
