Hello Kachina, Now that the legal battles are beginning, how about posting what you know on the old SR thread? I'm hoping SR's case will lead to better understanding of how scams of this size and nature can happen. As far as Frank being paid to tout SR (or any other company), it seems far fetched. The timing was peculiar as far as how quickly a thread was started after the giant presentation in New York, but there were lofty claims made that would catch the attention of people interested in the telecom field. Not everyone is as crafty at spotting scams as you are, although I think you were a bit lucky in this case. Your earliest posts (on SR) contained LOTS of errors and bad research. Also, if you were not so confrontational and accusatory you probably would not have been kicked off the thread. There are craftier ways than flat out accusations to get your point across. If I had a thread going and you called me a liar and a cheat, I would probably kick you off too (whether it was true or not). Anyway, lets hear what you know on the SR case. I'm still curious about your finding of the "obvious" breaks in the laws of physics, and would like to hear what you know about the pending legal case. Scott
