JimL, from the what's different from '97 file.

I expect we will add to the list as Boom 2000 unfolds.

1. US crude stocks at 2 decade lows.
2. Gas lines in Fr. and UK.
3. Hoarding, hoarding, hoarding.
4. Empty gasoline stations.
5. Rolling back of fuel taxes.

The monthly XOI chart shows a triangle continuation pattern developing of truly grand proportions. If 50 is taken out that pattern will have been resolved to the upside. BTW John Bollinger was on the WSJ radio this morning talking oil stocks. He is exceedingly bullish. Bollinger is one of the best technicians in the business, today. He is also a very capable CFA.
