Ed: You may have missed it but the NAZ has rallied since the Maryland Court dismissed the case and we did bring the turning point to Ted & this threads attention. The bottom was set on the day of the announcment. While its always easy to point these items out in hindsight you remember we posted this item back on the day after the decision. If you've missed the rally there is still time to ride this momentum bubble for a few more weeks (months). Tim
