Hi z - I ve no intention to start a dissing match, just trying to point out something maybe you ve missed. Specifically, as you and other know me here, since I don't venture into other threads like ALA, CSCO or LU [did go there when I had my ill fated investment :),] I have no taste for doing a my-daddy-is-bigger-than-yours routine, since it is quite meaningless to me. After all, what I said won't move the stock price, let alone the business, a nanonanonanometer :)! If ALA can continue its submarine operation with flying colour, I am happy for you. The simple fact is that NT didn't have any exposure b/c she has sold it to ALA and accepted the non competing clause, in case you ve overlooked it. That's all. ALA submarine FO trouble was quite publicized. But then, since I work this from memory, maybe I err. If so, my apology. And you are right, people have short memory, and who knows, any defeat can be turned around as a PR victory. IMHO, rectifying a problem quickly can demonstrate to one's client one willingness customer service.

Anyway, time will tell
