(Nasdaq: LEXR - news) today announced that it has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against SanDisk Corporation (Nasdaq: SNDK - news) alleging that SanDisk infringes one of Lexar's key patents. The patent infringement complaint was filed in United States District Court, District of Delaware.
