Hi Dealer and Porchies, Getting settled back in after crazy summer. Nice to see some green for everyone again. Can't keep up with the posts and studying. Don't know how you folks do it but appreciate all the hard work and time people put into this place. "we got alot to be thankful for". Re: SNDK and Lexar suit. Last spring Lexar lost their initial suit (think the judge basically threw it out) and this new one smells of another last ditch attempt in another jurisdiction by Lexar. Smells of the same ilk as Micron and Rambus to me. JMHO. Haven't had time to research this on the SNDK thread, but will try this weekend. Would like to be more of a giver on the porch, but you guys are way ahead of me. Have held SNDK for some time off and on. Great company with incredible potential. Patents, patents, patents, or is that patience, patience, patience??? I think it's BOTH!! Good luck to everyone this fall. There are some bulls out here. Have a great weekend. FTF, Joe
