Insiders have until the tenth of the month following their transactions to file the appropriate Form 4 at the SEC. But if they are late, there is no penalty

SSP,Jim,GC-just checking around various insider sites-
found it interesting/confusing that this site allowed you to chose all, sells, or buys and yet didn't list current proposed sales as Yahoo did, but listed different principals and their transactions ??? note couple of 100k buys in early August. I guess there isn't any one site that gives total up to date transactions.

insiderscores.com
and marketguide.com
doesn't list any!
