A $1 million gain? let's see now, conservative 50% stock appreciation/year, (1.5**5)=7.6, 7.6 x $40 = $300. $1 million divided by ($300 - $40) = 3850 shares of PALM.

Excuse me while I go open my locked PALM piggy bank and count them again!!
