We all knew last weekend that there would be a pullback in tech stocks. Well, we got it. I see NDX 3700 as providing good support for the next rally to 4500 on the COMP. I expect the current decline to hold above the late July/early August lows. Second half of September should be the beginning of some real "irrational exuberance" in tech shares, lasting till the Election. A/D line on the NYSE looks fine to me. It is a stealth Bull market. Beaten Down Tech stocks should rally strongly over the next 6 months from here. The worst is over.
