Carl, 1st Crusoe is SDRAM only, not DDR. Don't you think it is more likely that this Vaio will only use SDRAM? I looked on the Sony site for info, but could find none. I tried the Japanese site, but since I am "uncultured", I couldn't navigate the site to look for clues -- ie. tm5400 versus tm5600. So, unless you have info to the contrary, don't you agree that it is more likely the SDRAM only tm5400, and means nothing with respect to DDR deployment? - Greg
