Harry it seems to me that Kaufman Bros and Jefferies are universally stating that DSL sales have slowed. The DSL companies say no that those sales are only just beginning to ramp up. We are getting killed trying to buy these stocks when we think a rally is starting because it hasn't really started yet at all. The overall weakness in the Telecom Sector isn't helping at all and these stocks are being sold off on every attempted rally no matter what the companies say about their own business. I believe we are seeing numerous investors stopped out and volume is high in many of these issues. To me the question is not as much about the individual stocks as much as it is about when will the Telecom Sector come back into favor?

It certainly is not today and I feel the pain again.
