Bad News, Good News...PGO can't seem to get out of its own way. Salomon just downgraded and Morgan Stanley lowered EPS estimates on the Banff vessel safety issues. Stock should trade lower on this. Banff vessel will spend most of Q4 in shipyard undergoing modifications resulting in lost revenue. The UK authorities acceptance of modification on the vessel can be spun postively since the worst case was a ban from N. Sea activity. Into the teeth of this news seimic still looks very good for the N. Sea. I'll be looking to dive in back in the $16's MT
