You could really see the change in wind happening to the infra sector, it started with SCMR and CIEN this week, they are fanny the flames now regurgitating news. The WSJ article is old news by now, but it's taken more seriously given the stature of the publication. While I could see it happening, I have taken the long few when it comes to JNPR, EXTR and CIEN, in fact the strength in CIEN after the charge news is very encouraging.
