You are right a stock can only trade so much in vacuum after awhile the rest of the market breaks the seal. One of the tenets of the bull run during Aug. has been the infra plays, while I don't see that the picture has changed that much for the infra sector, they are trying their hardest to blow smoke over them, like all smoke it will dissipate. So we have to wait till the smoke clears for QCOM to move higher.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Stocks fell in early morning trading on Friday as investors cashed in on recent gains amid fresh jitters over the outlook for corporate profits.

This is exactly what we have been worrying about this fall...the typical Sept/Oct blues from earnings warnings.
I can't believe all the wishful thinkers who accepted that pre Labor Day bluster about how we are heading higher after the weekend. I think the whole thing was a bloody set up.
Wonder where we stop. Any clues you TA guys?

Nice to be QCOM though insted of PMCS.
