LOCH - just spoke with Charlie Territo Press Secretary from Congressman Ron Klink's office re ELF demo: 1)no one in the office has actually seen the ELF in operation yet, but the demo on the 13th will be using live ammunition 2)regardless of the outcome of the demo, the Department of Defense will be evaluating ELF for its own use, as well as other members of congress and the land mine community 3)they did get documentation from LOCH on the ELF and also are aware that the demo at a physics conference in San Diego went well I don't have a position ... just thought I'd clarify some issues Linda
