Tried logging on this a.m. Got 'user account not found' message. Then I tried logging on with a different version of QCharts & got in. For about 60 seconds. Then it logged me off with the same 'user account not found message'. Is there any way I can find out what's going on or am I dead in the water until Monday? I pay by credit card which Quote.com is supposed to 'automatically' charge each month. Did they neglect to charge me & thus cancel my account for no payment? If so, what can I do to prevent this from happening again?

EDIT: The pattern seems to be if I connect to a MtnView server everything's okay. If I get bumped off & rerouted to a Herndon server (or if I get routed there at logon), Herndon doesn't recognize my account. I can work around this for today but given that connectivity/ISP issues occur in Mt.View sometimes (as they did last week), what do I need to do to get this looked into & corrected?
