Rocky, If, as you say, Lexar will go under if they lose on October 23rd, it would seem that the pressure will build for them to settle, at very favorable terms for SanDisk. This nuisance suit could be part of a settlement strategy. I can't remember, has anyone discussed an acquisition of Lexar? With their capacity, their apparent strength in the professional market (?), and their retail distribution it might make sense. This is a question, not a suggestion. John
