If that's the case, Moore is making no distinction between a marketplace based on proprietary architectures and a marketplace with no proprietary architectures. Appreciating the huge difference in competitive advantages between the two, that makes absolutely no sense to me. If we come to the consensus that it is indeed his intent to make no distinction between the two in the case of a gorilla-less primate game, I'll have to accept the position of disagreeing with him. Heck, it happened in the case of Qualcomm so it may not be the last time he realizes I'm right. :)
