I would amend that to Gore knowing his factoids. He's been well coached in spinning by his boss. It's interesting that he calls a reduction in the lower two marginal tax rates to 10 percent and to 15 percent, respectively as indicated in the WSJ this week, a tax cut for the rich. The 31 percent bracket starts in high teens or around $ 20,000 last I checked.
