I sold TXN, am wondering when it will bottom so I can buy it again. If the market doesnt crash I can see TXN going higher, just don't know when.

From technical point of view, I don't understand why TI bought Burr Brown at such high price, just for OpAmp and A/D ? TI will suffer by making accuqsition like this if the semi downturn does come, IMHO.
