Based on the chart, the $47-$50 area has proven to be a great entry point in the past. The Question, of course, is if this area will hold as support again.

If not, $35?

If I might chime in..

Something major is occurring in the DSL sector which is killing the charts. NTPA, WSTL and now CMTN, and even RBAK. You might be right on picking the floor perfectly, but I would rather wait to see the move off of the floor. Isuspect in this month you have the time.

Was it 50? or 40? a secondary bounce and retest should be better to buy on than thefirst move down. MHO, I have tried it many times and founf the wait and see better pickings. i am surpirised CMTN broke 52 so easy.

i bought a bunch of cmtn @ $51.25.

i´ think this is an excellent price to go long cmtn. as for the 40´s, i don´t see them, but heck, i was surprised cmtn sunk so fast to 50 without any sign of support..

next week might prove me wrong! ;-)

bottom fishing is nice but i´ve experienced many times that i got too greedy trying to predict the bottom and i missed the big move...

the downtrend is strong and intact, and i understand the cautious strategy. but the fundamentals seem intact, insider selling stopped as far as i can tell. sector looks nasty but it wont stay down forever.

i hope we might have seen or will see the capitulation & reversal point next week.
