A Divisional is filed to pursue more/other related claims for the same technology.

Often it means that the first one is allowed and will issue when some formalities are taken care of.

Haven't actually looked to see patent claim language. The published claims may not be current; one needs to check the file at the patent office to really get it, most likely.

Interestingly, although i'm not used to using the IBM site and need to re-check how it works, it looks like this may have been filed after PCT in a huge number of countries. This is really rare and very expensive, typically only done for cmpds with serious promise. May be a sign of DGI's interest in this...
