funny enough, my indicators are negative on rates...and yet, rates don't go up. that reminds me a bit of '98...similar indicator failure back then.

And the wild and wooly land of Deregulation lies dead ahead with large parts of the country presently underserved (witness black-outs, brown-outs.)

Many of these companies also have cutting edge alternative energy subsidiaries with good prospects...very sexy.

These ain't your father's utilities.
