I tend to view it simplistically.

Selloff on the Naz and techs (probably prior to taking it back up)

Disappointment that MRVC prospectus is apparently delayed a few weeks.

The money that was in MRVC went somewhere else for a bit but will return as we finally get LUMN going.

I don't see anything fundamental wrong and the "selling on the Zaffire CEO firing news" is just a cover to take MRVC down. If you want MRVC lower, any old reason will do.
