The missed votes included the March Texas primary in which Cheney could have cast his ballot for his future running mate, Gov. George W. Bush. [UNBELIEVABLE] Cheney, campaigning Thursday in Maine, declined requests for an interview about his voting record, according to the News. A spokeswoman also refused to comment.
