NR IS looking good here. Although my main OS holding is KEG I have a good chunk of NR as well. If it dips again Monday I will add more.

Now that the chance to cover is over, is anyone carrying short positions over the weekend? Seems risky considering almost every OPEC member has stated their belief that there is adequate oil on the market. They say they will "do their part" to lower prices but they also clearly state that it is the consuming countries responsibility to do "their part" and reduce taxes.

I say they raise 500Kbbl to 750Kbbl, which will include current overproduction. Net effect will be well under 500Kbbl.

Jim P amd Iso:

Did the 73 oil shock lead to legislation that favored Oil Service companies? Favorable tax treatment, lifting of restriction on drilling areas, that kind of thing.

If so, how did it all play out?

TIA
