Clinton has to go begging to the Saudis because he and Gore haven't come up with a workable energy program in 8 years.

I see the ozone hole is now the largest ever. 8 years ago weren't they blaming that on Bush? Gonna fix it?

Clinton keeps begging OPEC to increase production.
ANd they have listened...but oil is $33/barrel.
What's wrong with this picture?
Clinton is is operating from a position of weakness and the OPEC members are laughing all the way to the bank.
Either people give up their gas guzzlers or it's time to drill...
