bp, you'll git a kick out of this, too: my cable has been going out, like clockwork, every business day morning, only to come back on around 4:30 or 5. Today was an exception. Guy shows up and says it was never grounded! So he strung a thin cable from somewhere near where the cable enters the house to my outdoor faucet! Have you ever heard of such a thing?
