A lot of your increase in gasoline prices was the reformulation promulgated by Gore. He influenced the EPA to do the procedure before we were prepared. Only one refinery was equipped to do it. Did you notice Gore nor any of the administration wanted to talk about the cost increase because of the reformulation. They, as usual, blamed it on others.
