Ken,

Im not that confident that the market will bounce at the open on MON, just that a bounce should start on MON. I did close some of my personal short mutual fund position, and added a small long position in the USPIX(long-NDX). I did not do anything in the mutual fund account since the short positions are still significantly under water, and just kept the one long position in the USPIX.

As for the OPTION TRADE which is now finally in the money, I held it since there could still be an intraday selloff and it could be fairly strong before the bounce starts.

Another problem is that the DOW is still only in the midrange. If the DOW starts selling off hard that could push the NAZ/NDX down further and extend the timing of the bounce until TUE. On the other hand if the DOW sells off hard we could get sector rotation and the NAZ/NDX bounces immediately. I dont know for sure. I just have signals calling for a bounce to start in the MON/TUE timeframe, more towards MON.
