I missed the business about the pedophiles. However, much as I hate it, advocacy is legal. In the case of the Aryan Nation, the organization is responsible for its members acting in any official capacity. That is a well- settled principle. If, for example, a teacher is negligent on a field trip, a school can be sued. If I slip because a janitor failed to apprise people of a wet floor, the department store can be sued. And believe me, people do it all the time.....
