If we close under 3930, I would raise cash heavily, that would be a signal that the decline I was warning of since last Friday maybe much more severe (maybe as bad as 3500, again, like the decline from the July 16 top, which the turnips also thought would be "mild" and turned out "tough").

You lost your patience on WSTL, it is getting pretty close to my "rebuying" range in the $12.5 to $13.25 area.
