yes greg-

"understand light and you understand art"

also, dealie says, "understand art and you understand life"

so, to make this easy for dealie, if we use a simple algebraic equation where U is understanding... L1 is light... L2 is life... and A is art...

if (U+L1 = U+A) and... (U+A = U+L2) then we can logically deduce that (U+L1 = U+L2) so we can state the following...

"understand light and you understand life"

furthermore we can cancel the U from each side of the equation and further prove that (L1=L2) and state that light is equal to life.

continuing with this logic, we can return the U to the new equation thusly... U+(L1=L2) and state that "U light up my life" if you understand my drift. <G>

know what i mean?

just where this equation fits into the understanding of the Tao Jones Industrial Average Index escapes me right now and shall have to be explained by our resident genius clappy aka Einstein'sSliderule.
