At best there is little to differentiate corel's apps from others in Linux space. staroffice, applixware and gnome is developing office apps. Who else. But still Corel's apps are not native and sit on the worst window environment on a more out of date Linux distribution. This is a somewhat different position than ms office that was continually tweaked to fit msft os dujour and bundled with definite financial advantages.

So I say that corel's office suite position in Linux space is about the same as it's apps were positioned against msft several years ago. History will repeat itself.
