Dear Cat: "I don't think that a sudden spike in prices would take down the new econ. stocks right away, since these companies are not big users of energy" Nobody thinks any different than you -- what has energy got to do with tech??? We will only see it "after the fact" -- after days of back- to-back drops in the NAZ that are north of 100 points down per day -- grinding away at your portfolio. These are the times when it pays to get out of the market.
