This company shows a recent pattern of disappointing shareholders, and I wouldn't be surprised if the meetings early next week continue in that tradition.

The point you missed in your thinking is how much money can Bergeron get for the bits and pieces. The street thinks they won't get that much.

Don't forget Geac has a very large customer base and presently they are not spending lots of money but sooner or later they might start. The million dollar question is when.
