Hi, Yaacov; I just think that the market in general is going to make a big recovery in the last quarter, taking some of the beaten down quality stocks with it. These stocks that are in everybody portfolio (AOL, CSCO, QCOM, etc, etc) were heavily over bought, and so, were due for a major correction. Well, they corrected! Now it's time for them to get over bought again! As far as the merger is concerned, I wish it wouldn't happen. Like I said about a year ago; What gives anyone the idea that the big "he bull"is gonna stop goring cattle after he's done impaling T and MSFT. If the merger does go through Uncle Sam is gonna be on this company like stink on a dead man for years to come. Either this is JMHO, or it's the ravings of a lunatic....take your pick. CB
