No way Yaacov. I totally disagree with you on not ever seeing 100 again. The growth rate of the combined companies and the infancy of the combination of the two(and what that will mean to the consumer and the products that evolve from that) is without a doubt going to keep the growth rate high enough to warrant a higher p.e. All those that see this as just being an "old fashioned" media company are grossly shortsighted and missing the whole boat. The products and services that will come out of this should keep the combined companies rolling! Sabre!
