M: Excellent analysis.
So even they use the rest of the 400M shares for ESOP, there should not be any significant dilution, $34 instead of $39.
1/4th of 400M shares, 100M app. went to Michael. That's about 5 years worth of selling by Michael.
It all seem like big numbers, but I don't see anything wrong with it. May be nobody knew how successful the whole thing will work out to be.
For Dell to repeat this success does not seem feasible, unless they become extremely successful in the new segments.

I am musing. For now, I am satisfied with your analysis. Even though I still think the company was a little bit too generous to Michael and co.

M: What is your strategy with Dell?
Are you a long, options player, or use a huge mix of tactics?
