Here are your questions and my answers:
...........................................
Larry,

Please answer these questions:

1) What exactly has Aus said that is illegal?
Answer: Nothing, unless he denies he has a relationship with SNDK. Then he is in big trouble.

2) Assuming this is a message board, and Aus is not under oath, why does Aus have to provide any information -- period? Unless he is an insider, breaking SEC disclosure laws, he can say what he wants -- according to si terms of usage.
Answer: SI says he is AOK.

3) Do you have any proof that Aus has committed illegal acts?
Answer: Who said he has done any thing illegal?
The moral question is another story.

4) Knowing a lot more about the SEC than you do, what specific statutes did Aus violate? What has he done that is unethical? Please provide specific SEC code citations in your response.
Answer: Aus has not violated any SEC law.

5) If you can't answer these questions, then do something productive with your life -- instead of annoying people. Someone may just go ahead and file a counter claim against you for "just being a pest".
Answer: Just trying to keep new people on this thread informed. Thought you had me on ignore?

Question to you.
Do you think Aus should keep his relationship with SNDK a
secret to new posters? Do you think this is morally correct?
