"It will take time to implement this procedure, and I'm unsure when we will have that available."

So if the time it's taking you to implement that new IP Feed and to expand capacity of your server farms to relieve queuing is any indication this will probably be sometime in 2001. I hope you're going to pay interest on those excess charges until your technically able to refund them.

re: Level II; do not have Level II service now, but would certainly be interested at $10. So could you please just post when it is available for this price. I expect there will be a bunch of new subscribers. Thank you.

Jay, can you tell me why the exchange fee for the American Exchange is listed at $3.25, but every other service is charging $1? It's been some time since the Amex lowered their fee. This doesn't seem to offer much hope that you guys are going to do the right thing when the Nasdaq institutes their lowered L2 fees. Perhaps the web site is listing mistaken info, and the Amex exchange fee is actually being charged at the correct rate of $1 per month?

Regards,

Barb

Jay,

Given that this immediately drops our cost of trading by $40/month (with NO impact on Lycos), it is of the utmost importance that this be implemented immediately.

Dan.
