Hi Pat: Great info. I, too, found the merger dialogues to be really interesting. Thanks for taking the time to post the info.

The reference that due to the merger it may "have a material and adverse effect on the market value of JDS Uniphase common stock following completion of the merger. . . ." makes me wonder if JDSU stock will go up after the merger. Seems I've read so much positive speculation that it will, and I have thought the same.
