Have you checked the IPR Register at 3GPP? << If so, is it a candidate for investment in Spinco IPO and GSM IPR deal with Spinco? >> No answer for you on this, but a few comments ... Infineon was Siemens SpinCo. Much larger scale of course Infineon v. Qualcomm's SpinCo. Fabs v. Fabless. Pioneer semiconducter technology rather than use it. Broad v. limited (focused) experience in communications semiconducters. - Eric -
