re: does Nokia need a new license to resell Telson?

Why doesn't Audiovox show up as a QCOM licensee? Is it because their phones are made by Toshiba, HEI, etc? Just a guess but I think this may be similar to NOK and Telson.

I am curious why Telson-NOK deal is such a topic of conversation. When it was first announced, this board clearly concluded it was for 1x; that's the only thing that made sense. Why are folks now so "surprised" and happy that NOK has finally been outed. It's been a foregone conclusion; expect NOK-Qcom-Spinco deal to be announced next month.
