You might say Gilder was saying Cisco was dead, but I'd say you do readers here a disservice suggesting such, as I can't read his articles and come away believing he thinks such. One year later Cisco still kicks, LOL, as if THAT was a prediction, LOL. In fact, he predicted Cisco would likely do very at least for some while, no? YES! Reasonable guy the Gilder, and I'm heartened to see from Jack Hartman recent collection of his posts that he's showing some interest in reigning in the Forbes promo people. Dan B
