Since HOTY isn't current in its filings, we can't rely on them to tell us about pending litigation, etc.
So I took a look.
HOTY was sued last month in Maricopa court by "Camelback Staffing Inc." Don't know what it's about.
HOTY and its officers were defendants in a suit in federal court in January, for trademark infringement. The case was later dismissed. Here's the docket:
